Procedures for Place an order online via

It's so easy! As you browse the site for products, click 'Add to basket'. When you are ready, select the 'Checkout' button located on the top of every page and follow the instructions to complete your order.

The next steps will be:

  • Select your checkout option: click Checkout to save time and complete your purchase as a Guest/Customer or sign in;
  • Enter your Contact and Delivery details: Confirm your name, postage method and delivery address;
  • Enter your Billing details: Select your preferred payment option;
  • Confirm and Purchase: Your order summary plus the total order cost will be displayed. Once you click on 'Place order' a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout.

Will I be notified if my order has successfully ordered?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email (don’t forget to check your 'Junk' folder!), or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please email our Customer Service

Acceptance of Payment Method

We accept all major debit bank card, Master and VISA Card for payment. For China Customer, we accept EFT, Master Card, VISA Card and AliPay. Account detail will be given upon checkout/proceed of payment.

What happens if I am after a product that is not listed on the website?

OZProducts2U will endeavour to locate products that are not located on our website for sales. You just need to send the relevant information and we will try our best.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.

Can product be returned for Refund or Exchange?

No. All products cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully.

What happens if customs prevent my order from entering my country of stated delivery?

As each country in the world have their own custom requirements for specific products, it is imperative that if you are not certain whether a product can be delivered to your country of origin, you should check before you place the order. Where an order is returned to us by customs in a resalable condition, we will refund the amount less the freight incurred by us to send the order in the first place.

Can I order different quantities from those shown online? 

Unfortunately, OZproducts2U does not provide any breakdown ordering at this moment

What does the pricing shown online include?

All the products shown on the website are just base price of the product. When you finish the shopping you will go to shipping process, it will have either standard shipping or priority shipping which provide a faster delivery option than the standard shipping.

Please note that the price is excluded any tax or related charges such as import tax of the destination country.

The price per unit is reduced with higher quantities. The more you buy, the more you save!

In a day and age where phishing scams, identity theft, and data leaks make headlines on a daily basis, OZProducts2U is constantly taking the necessary steps to protect you as a valued customer. We do NOT sell or share your information collected, nor do we make this information available to third parties. We value your privacy SO MUCH that we even promise NOT to give out your name or contact information to potential clients

Is my order confidential?

All information collected by OZProducts2U is strictly confidential. We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Signature for AustPost and Hanjin are our standard and preferred shipping method.

The shipping vendors (AustPost and Hanjin) often require a signature for delivery. If you choose to have your order delivered to your home or office, you must be available to accept delivery.

Please provide us with a valid shipping phone number on the shipping address in the event you need to be reached to arrange delivery.

We will email you a tracking number so that you can monitor delivery progress and make arrangements to be available to accept your package. Unless alerted otherwise, we will use the email address from the order process.

If you are not available to sign for your order and a notice is left, delivery is not considered to be late. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you are not available to sign for your package and delivery was attempted on the scheduled delivery date.

How long does the shipment will usually take?

There will be a standard shipment and priority shipment for you to choose. And the prices of shipping are various depending on the choice of customer when place an order.

In general, international shipping can take up to ten (10) working days, subject to the processing time of the destination country. For China Customer, it will take from 4-8 working days for delivery. For Korea Customer, it will take from 3-7 working days for delivery.

For priority shipping will be shorten their delivery time, for further information about the priority shipping please contact, we will response to you within 24 hours.

How do I check my order status?

Please make sure all the information is correct when you place an order, after you have made an order and payment, we will send you a confirmation email which contains all the important information including the tracking number, so that you can check the delivery status online.

For customer from China, the products will be sent by AustPost, customer can check through for the status of the delivery.

For customer from Korea, the products will be sent by Hanjin, customer can check through for the status of the delivery.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

We use registered mail through Australia Post or international courier company to deliver parcels. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.
