Each Pastille (Gummy) contains:
Sambucus Nigra (Black elder) fruit juice powder 14.3mg
equiv. to fresh juice 500mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25mg
Honey 50mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 1.5mg
Directions
Children 2 - 4 yrs: take 1 - 3 gummies per day with food.
Children 4+ yrs: take 2 -5 gummies per day with food.
